We are a family owned & operated business. I had a love of BBQ, so bought a smoker & started experimenting. Family and friends started raving about how good it was & Smokin’ B’s was born. I smoke everything myself – with a little help from my girls. I bought a trailer that allows me to do fairs & events on weekends. The girls & their mother help out manning the booth at events. We all love doing it. I’ve also been doing a lot of catering for businesses, parties & events. We have plans to open a permanent BBQ “shack” in Clinton within the next year. Until then, check us out at events & online. We do currently take pre-orders for weekends if you order by Wednesday. We hope to bring this capability online soon as well.
